- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Timeline
Once your order has been processed, delivery typically takes 7–14 business days depending on your location and carrier delays.
Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control.
3. Shipping Rates
We offer flat-rate shipping of $7.40 on all U.S. orders — no surprises at checkout.
4. International Shipping
We currently only ship within the United States. If you're outside the U.S. and interested in placing an order, reach out to us at info@thirdjourney.com — we’ll let you know if we’re able to accommodate your request.
5. Order Tracking
All orders include tracking. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
6. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
